Dip This Dip That Edition
At Dip This Dip That Edition, every product is individually hydro-dipped, making each piece unique. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and this policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.
1. Custom Nature of Our Products
All items sold by Dip This Dip That Edition — including bicycles, helmets, accessories, footwear, and household items — are individually customised through hydro dipping.
As a result, patterns and finishes naturally vary. Two items dipped with the same film may look similar but will never be identical. This variation is not considered a defect.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns for undamaged goods within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- Items must be unused and free from new marks, wear, or damage.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued only for items that arrive back in their original condition.
4. Exchanges
We offer:
- Like-for-like exchanges for items of similar value.
- If a suitable replacement is not available, we can issue store credit instead.
Customers are responsible for any return postage.
5. Store Credit
Store credit may be offered when:
- An exchange item is not available, or
- You choose credit as an alternative to a refund.
Store credit does not expire.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before the item has been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it falls under the standard returns process.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not sell items that fall under hygiene-related or safety-restricted categories; therefore, no additional return exclusions apply beyond those listed above.

9. Warranty
We do not offer warranties on reconditioned bicycles or hydro-dipped items.
