At Dip This Dip That, we aim to deliver your custom hydro-dipped items safely and efficiently across the UK and Europe. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, tracking, and related matters.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • Europe (EU and selected non-EU countries)

If you are outside these regions, please contact us before ordering.


2. Production & Dispatch Time

All items are custom-made.
Our typical timeline is:

  • Production/turnaround: Approximately 5 days
  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days after completion of the item

During busy periods or for complex items, dispatch times may vary. We will notify you if additional time is required.


3. Couriers We Use

We work with reliable courier partners.
Examples include:

  • For UK deliveries: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or other equivalent services
  • For European deliveries: International courier services such as DPD, UPS, or similar (Royal Mail may not be used for some destinations)

Couriers may vary depending on destination, order size, or availability.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Parcel size/weight
  • Courier service selected

Shipping costs will always be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are shipped using tracked services.
Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Europe: Usually 3–10 business days after dispatch (varies by country)

These timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may vary due to customs, local postal services, or seasonal delays.


6. Collection from Our Workshop (Free Option)

Customers may collect orders free of charge from:

  • Collection times will be arranged after your item is completed
  • Please bring your order number or the name used on the order
  • For safety, we may request proof of identity for high-value items

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Europe)

For European orders:

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue customs forms

Please check your country’s import rules to avoid surprises.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Delays

Courier delays are outside our control.
We will assist in tracking parcels, but we cannot guarantee delivery speeds.

Damaged Parcels

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and the item
  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit:

  • We will open a claim with the courier
  • A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier confirms the loss

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may request reshipping at your cost
  • Custom items cannot be refunded for address errors
