We provide custom hydro-dipped items as well as hydro-dipping services for customer-supplied products.

2. Custom-Made Products

Hydro dipping creates one-of-a-kind patterns, meaning:

  • No two items will ever look identical
  • Colour shades, pattern placement, and finish may vary slightly
  • This variation is part of the custom nature of the product

By placing an order, you accept that final results may differ slightly from sample images or other items previously dipped.

3. Customer-Supplied Items

If you provide your own item to be hydro dipped:

  • You confirm that you own the item or have permission to customise it
  • You accept the risk associated with the dipping process
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage due to age, or structural weaknesses in the item
  • If an item becomes damaged during preparation or dipping due to its condition, we are not liable for replacement

We will take reasonable care of all customer items.

4. Ordering Process

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Work begins after payment is received
  • Typical turnaround time is 5 days, though this may vary depending on workload and item type
  • We will contact you if additional time is required

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)
  • Payment must be made before custom work begins
  • Shipping costs are added at checkout
  • Customers may choose free collection from our workshop:

6. Shipping & Collection

We ship via trusted couriers. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s schedule.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services are outside our control
  • Once collected by the courier, risk transfers to the customer
  • Collection from our workshop is free and available during our opening hours

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom hydro-dipped items are non-refundable, except where legally required.

However, we offer the following return policy:

  • Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • the item arrives damaged, or
    • the wrong item was sent

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Personal preference
  • Pattern placement
  • Colour variation
  • Custom design choices

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

8. No Warranty

All products and custom work are provided “as seen”.
We do not offer warranties on custom hydro-dipped items.

Hydro-dipped surfaces can experience natural wear over time, depending on usage. This is not considered a defect.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or normal wear
  • Customer dissatisfaction with artistic variation
  • Damage to customer-supplied items due to pre-existing condition
  • Delayed delivery caused by couriers
  • Any indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

10. Collection of Goods

Items must be collected or accepted for delivery within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to collect items within 60 days may result in disposal or resale to recover costs.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Attempt to copy or misuse our content or images
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
